Puppy Pickup Procedures & Precautions

This document outlines the rules and procedures for picking up a puppy, designed to ensure the safety and health of the puppies and adult dogs.

On-Farm Pickup Protocol

• Arrival: Visitors must wait in their vehicle upon arrival for instructions.

• Sanitation:

  • Shoe bottoms will be disinfected with a veterinary-grade, bleach-free cleaner.

  • Shoe covers will be provided.

  • Visitors must wear clean clothes not previously worn around other animal facilities or outside pets on the day of pickup.

• Social Distancing: A safe, designated outside area will be used for the pickup. Masks may be required.

• Interaction: To prevent contamination, visitors are not allowed to touch or be around any other puppies or adult dogs. The purchased puppy will be brought out directly to the buyer.

• No Other Pets: Absolutely no other pets are allowed on the farm to prevent the spread of viruses, parasites, and worms.

Home Visit Policy

• To protect newborn puppies from infectious diseases like Parvo, home visits while puppies are inside the home are not permitted.

Shipping & Payment

• Shipping: Out-of-state and flight nanny shipping are available. All associated costs (shipping, crates, health certificates) are the buyer's responsibility.
